Jailolo Bay Festival is an annual tourism events in Jailolo, West Halmahera, North Maluku. This year, the Jailolo Bay Festival is included in the Kharisma Event Nusantara (KEN) or collaborative strategy between the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy with Regional Governments in 34 provinces of Indonesia aims to promote tourism destinations, increasing tourist visits, empowering local potential economically, socio-culturally, and also the environment with the principles of sustainability that have been adopted globally.

The event was held at Lapasi Beach raised the theme of “The Harmony of the Spice Island”. Several cultural activities were also carried out at the Jailolo Bay Festival 2022, including Sigofi Ngolo and Orom Sasadu. Various competitions are also enlivened in this annual Festival.
The rowing competition has succeeded in attracting public interest in the Jailolo Bay Festival 2022. The competition was held by the Finance and Asset Management Agency Regions of West Halmahera.
A total of 48 teams participated in the competition, in which each team consisted of 2 rowers. 8 out of all teams were selected to compete in the final round to finally produce 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place. The Pastuduku team won the match with a prize of 10 million rupiah.
Fadli Husen as the Head of Regional Treasury Region West Halmahera as well as the activity coordinator expressed his gratitude for the success of the rowing competition in the 2022 FTJ.
